Europraxis founded early in 2007 by executives of the Group Companies' “European Development”.

The Group of Companies' European Development began in 1992 in Thessaloniki, by establishing the first company “European Development Co - Development Consultants”. The company had a wide range of clients in the public and private sector and particularly in local government agencies. In 1999 “European Development Co - Development Consultants” set up a subsidiary company named “European Development Consulting Ltd”. The need to expand the services of the Group in 2001 led to the founding of the Societe Anonyme “European Development - Lampros Nikolaidis SA.”

In the course the need for business expansion in southern Greece has led the executives of the Group to create EUROPRAXIS company in Athens. By providing high quality services, EUROPRAXIS has managed to increase the annual turnovers and to ensure continuous and competitive presence.

The Group of Companies' “European Development” is registered in (a) the Consulting Firms of EOMMEX (Hellenic Organization of Small and Medium Enterprises and Handicraft) and (b) the Professional Chamber of Thessaloniki. From 1993 was a member of the Network Development Companies EGLEI. It is also a member of (a) HMA (Hellenic Management Association) and (b) Human Resource Training Institute.

Europraxis company systematically invests in human resources. Today, in order to support its customers, is working with 18 scientists. All the administrative issues and functions of the company are being handled by the secretariat, the accounting, and the human resource management.

Europraxis has an extensive network of external partners, covering all thematic fields, with extensive experience in supporting local authorities and private companies.
The company gives the opportunity to its executives to continuously train and expertise themselves, both through in-business seminars that are being implemented at a regular basis and through their participation in training sessions of relevant educational institutions.
